I had just moved to Philadelphia from New York City and had some adjustment/growing pains that he helped me navigate by being super courteous and flexible with my stay, which was initially a month, but when I needed to add some extra time in at the last minute, he was very accommodating. He was also great with my pets, which means a lot. 💯 recommend staying here. The area is great: quiet but walkable to the main South Philly drag (East Passyunk Ave).
